Returns Policy

At Harriet London, we always strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. This page explains our return policy clearly.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed, but items must not be worn.

  • Ordering multiple sizes with the intention of returning some of them is not permitted.

Return Process

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing Support@harrietlondon.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address of our supplier.

  3. The item must be returned at your own expense, including any applicable shipping or customs costs.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with Track & Trace to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received at the return address and inspected for its condition, we will process the refund.

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days after the return has been approved.

  • The refund will be made using the original payment method used during the purchase.

Liability

Please note the following:

  • Harriet London is not responsible for lost packages if the tracking information shows that the order was delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • If an incorrect shipping address is provided during checkout, this remains the responsibility of the customer.

  • Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
